When you use Dream Team Roadside services, we collect the following information:

• Identity information: Name, email address, phone number
• Location information: Service address and GPS coordinates at time of request
• Vehicle information: Year, make, model, color, VIN, and odometer reading (optional)
• Payment information: Payment card details (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Service history: Records of past service requests, job status, and completion details
• Communications: SMS messages and emails exchanged in connection with your service

We use the information we collect to:

• Dispatch technicians to your location and complete your service request
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Send SMS and email updates about your service status
• Manage your membership subscription
• Improve our services and response times
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service technicians: Our drivers receive your name, phone number, and service location to complete your request
• Payment processors: Stripe processes all payment transactions. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
• SMS provider: Twilio delivers service update text messages on our behalf
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages you request (e.g., our SMS provider, Twilio).

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a GDPR-compliant cloud database. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

If you opt in to SMS updates when requesting service, you will receive transactional SMS messages related to your service request (dispatch confirmation, driver en route, arrival notification, completion receipt). SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service — if you decline, we send your status updates by email instead. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 6 messages per service call. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or reply HELP for help.

We do not send marketing SMS messages without your separate express written consent. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We retain your service records for up to 3 years for accounting, legal, and insurance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@dreamteampursuits.com. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking (via gtag.js) to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure advertising effectiveness. This tracking uses cookies. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately.
