How fast is your response time?โผ
Our average ETA is 20โ35 minutes in Menifee, Temecula, and Murrieta. After-hours response may be slightly longer. Shield Members are always dispatched first, and we back that with a 45-minute response guarantee โ if we're late, your next call is free.
When is the after-hours surcharge applied?โผ
A $50 surcharge applies to calls requested between 10 PM and 6 AM Pacific Time. Members on any paid plan pay 60% of that ($30). Members on the annual plan pay nothing โ the surcharge is fully waived.
Am I charged if the driver can't reach me (GOA)?โผ
A $25 GOA (Gone on Arrival) fee is charged if the driver arrives at your location but cannot locate your vehicle. This covers the driver's time and travel. Shield Members receive 1โ2 GOA waivers per year.

We serve a 20-mile radius centered on Menifee, CA โ including Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Sun City, Romoland, Winchester, French Valley, Canyon Lake, and Homeland.
Can I add a membership when I request a service?โผ
Yes! During checkout you can add any Shield Membership plan and the discount applies immediately to your current call. For example, if you add the $9.99/mo Basic Shield, your $100 jumpstart drops to $40 โ saving you $60 on this call alone.
How does the referral program work?โผ
Create a free account to get your personal referral link. When a friend uses your link to book, they save $15 on their first call. You earn $10 in service credits. Milestones unlock bigger rewards: 3 referrals = free month, 5 referrals = $25 bonus credit, 10 referrals = free annual membership.
What payment methods do you accept?โผ
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Your card is held but not charged until service is complete. For memberships, your card is charged immediately upon subscription.
Can I cancel my membership?โผ
Yes, cancel anytime from your account dashboard โ no penalties, no questions asked. Your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What is the Battery Replacement pricing?โผ
Battery replacement is $150 for labor. The battery part itself is invoiced separately at cost โ we'll quote you the battery price before we proceed, so there are no surprises. You can decline the battery and keep the diagnostic.
How does the Mobile Mechanic service work?โผ
The $120 is a diagnostic deposit. Our tech diagnoses the issue on-site and gives you a repair estimate. If you proceed with the repair, the $120 is applied toward the total. If you decline, we keep the deposit to cover our time and travel.
